Premium room was great size. Everything was clean. Bathroom was big, clean. Great shower.

Good clean room. Small but perfectly adequate for our needs. Good WiFi. Shower access rather difficult because of installation, (door opens inwards, and there is very little room to get in and close it again. Last year's room didn't have this problem.)

Clean better the room before arrival; there were medicinals in the bin and the wardrobe had a terrible smell: we didn't use it, it was impossibile to stand.

The wardrobe shouldn't smell of the previous customer's armpit.

One of the guy at the desk can't do the job; the waitress in the morning is by herself and for this reason she's obviously too anxious.

The food and drink are ok but often there's the need to ask for something not available (croissant) or not working (coffee machine). Understaffed.

There is no airconditioning and temperatures were very high when we stayed, and were unable to sleep at all. Very bad expeirence and very expensive! You should not treat hotel guests in that manner.

Very central once we found Grnde Rue. We entered Intro Munro’s by the wrong gate. A map with the booking would be helpful.

The personal in the reception spoke poorly english and did not seem happy to take questions or help, with the exception of the night staff (the gentleman with tattoos, which I unfortunately do not recall the name) which had very good English understanding and an amazing willingness to help.

Despite quite a compact room, there was everything we needed.
